Job Overview

BENNY’S is hiring Back of House team members to help build the next chapter of our kitchen.

We are looking for cooks at different levels—prep cooks, line cooks, and future station leaders—who care about craft, discipline, and doing things the right way.

This is more than stepping into an existing kitchen.

This is an opportunity to join a team and help shape a restaurant with a clear culinary identity, strong systems, and a long-term vision.

We are hiring across multiple experience levels and are actively looking for experienced cooks ready for greater responsibility and leadership opportunities.

Positions We’re Hiring For

Depending on experience and ability:

Prep Cook
Line Cook (Lunch or Dinner)
Lead Line Cook / Station Lead

We hire for work ethic, curiosity, and attitude as much as experience.

Key Responsibilities

Execute prep and service with consistency and attention to detail
Maintain organized, clean, and stocked stations
Work sauté, flat top, garde manger, prep, or support stations as assigned
Support communication and flow during service
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
Contribute to a disciplined and respectful kitchen culture
Take pride and ownership in your work

What We’re Looking For

1–3+ years kitchen experience (role dependent)
Reliable and punctual
Basic to advanced knife skills depending on position
Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Willingness to learn and improve
Respect for product, process, and team
Interest in thoughtful, ingredient-driven cooking

You do not need to know everything.

You do need to care.

Schedule & Availability

Full-time positions available
Lunch and/or dinner shifts depending on role
Typical schedule includes Wednesday–Sunday service
Weekend availability required
Scheduling flexibility based on position and operational needs
