About Us

We are a customer-focused collision repair facility committed to delivering high-quality repairs and exceptional customer service. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Auto Body Estimator to join our team. If you have strong communication skills, a passion for the automotive industry, and experience writing accurate repair estimates, we'd love to hear from you.

Job Summary

The Auto Body Estimator serves as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the repair process. This role involves inspecting vehicle damage, preparing accurate repair estimates, coordinating with insurance companies, and ensuring repairs are completed efficiently while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare accurate repair estimates using estimating software (CCC ONE, Mitchell, or Audatex).
Communicate with customers regarding the repair process, timelines, and insurance claims.
Work directly with insurance adjusters to negotiate and finalize repair estimates.
Coordinate with technicians and parts departments to ensure repair accuracy and efficiency.
Schedule repairs and monitor vehicle progress from drop-off to delivery.
Order and verify necessary parts.
Perform quality checks before vehicle delivery.
Maintain accurate repair documentation and customer records.
Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving questions or concerns professionally.

Qualifications

Previous experience as an Auto Body Estimator or Collision Repair Advisor preferred.
Knowledge of collision repair procedures and vehicle construction.
Experience with estimating software such as CCC ONE, Mitchell, or Audatex.
Strong understanding of insurance claims and DRP processes.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Preferred Skills

I-CAR and/or ASE certifications are a plus.
Experience in a fast-paced collision repair environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency with computers and office software.
