We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Finance Manager to join our team and contribute to our success.

Job Summary:As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the financing and insurance (F&I) process, ensuring customers have an outstanding experience. You’ll work closely with our sales team to provide tailored financing solutions, maximize profitability, and maintain compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with customers to secure financing options that meet their needs while maintaining profitability for the dealership.
Present and sell F&I products, including extended warranties, insurance, and other add-ons.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to automotive financing.
Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions to negotiate competitive rates and terms.
Provide leadership and training to sales staff regarding F&I procedures and products.
Accurately prepare and process all F&I paperwork in a timely manner.
Monitor and achieve monthly F&I performance targets.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Finance Manager in the automotive industry (minimum 2 years preferred).
Strong understanding of dealership F&I processes, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Proficient in finance software and tools commonly used in dealerships.
High level of integrity and ethical standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
