If so, we’d love for you to join our team at Grant a Gift Autism Foundation (GGAF) – Ackerman Center - Henderson Location

Our mission is to help children, young adults, and their families master living with autism by providing access to best-in-class diagnostic and treatment services, vocational programs, family support, and case management. As a BCBA on our Programs Team, you’ll play a key role in transforming lives every single day.

About the Programs Team

Our Programs Team provides innovative, evidence-based services across a variety of programs, including:

Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Social Skills Groups
Daily Living Skills Groups
Vocational Programs

You’ll work alongside a team of passionate professionals who value collaboration, growth, and meaningful progress for every client.

Position Overview

As a BCBA, you’ll provide direct and group clinical services, family training, and treatment for individuals birth to age 24 with autism and other neurodevelopmental conditions. You’ll also supervise RBTs and Fieldwork Experience Candidates, ensuring high-quality, compassionate care across all programs.

You’ll report to the Director of Programs and have the opportunity to grow professionally while making a measurable impact on clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

Direct Clinical Services

Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior-analytic treatment plans
Oversee implementation across 1:1 and group settings
Provide family training and model evidence-based strategies
Collect and analyze data to drive progress
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
Supervise and mentor RBTs and Fieldwork Candidates
Support generalization of skills across home, school, and community environments

Administrative Duties

Maintain accurate supervision logs and schedules
Attend multidisciplinary and team meetings
Communicate effectively with families and community partners
Participate in organization-wide events and professional development opportunities

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
Current BCBA Certification and eligible for Nevada Licensure
Preferred minimum one year of supervisory experience (BCBA or BCaBA)
Strong knowledge of ABA principles and experience with assessments such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, and AFLS
Preferred familiarity with ESDM and vocational programming
Passion for helping individuals with autism reach their full potential
Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check
