About Us

We are a fast-growing waste service company specializing in dumpster rental, hauling, and mobile waste compaction. Over the past year we have grown more than 60% and currently operate in Nevada, Kentucky, and Florida. We are expanding aggressively and looking for a proven, independent sales professional who wants more than a job — someone who can drive personal sales results and help us build high-performing 1099 sales teams in each of our markets.

The Opportunity

This is a true 1099 independent contractor role with significant upside. You will own your territory results while also recruiting, developing, and leading other independent sales agents. Top performers have a clear path to six-figure earnings plus ownership in the sales organization.

What You’ll Do

Generate new business through outbound prospecting, networking, and relationship-building with commercial, industrial, and residential customers. Consistently hit and exceed personal sales targets, Recruit, onboard, and coach 1099 sales agents in Nevada, Kentucky, and Florida. Help structure and scale sales teams that deliver predictable growth in each market. Represent the company professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction standards. Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth handoffs and excellent service delivery.

Who We’re Looking For

Proven sales track record (waste, construction, industrial services, or other B2B services preferred) Self-starter who thrives in an independent, results-driven environment. Experience building or managing sales teams (or a strong desire and aptitude to do so) Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills. Comfortable working remotely across multiple states while staying highly accountable with an Entrepreneurial mindset. You want ownership and upside, not just a paycheck.

Compensation/Upside

Uncapped commission structure with strong earning potential. Realistic path to six figures for high performers. Equity / ownership opportunity in the sales organization for those who help us scale. Full independence as a 1099 contractor.
