Position Overview:

EZ-ACCESS is seeking a Part-Time professional, customer-focused Administrative Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and employees. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in an office environment to join our Corporate Culture team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Front Desk & Customer Service

Greet visitors, customers, and vendors professionally.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
Manage the reception area and maintain a welcoming environment.
Respond to general inquiries and provide basic company information.

Administrative Support

Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
Sort and distribute mail, packages, and correspondence.
Maintain office files, records, and databases.
Prepare correspondence, reports, and forms as needed.

Office Coordination

Monitor and order office supplies.
Assist with data entry and document management.
Support HR, IT, Corporate Culture, Accounting, Sales or Operations with administrative tasks.
Coordinate visitor sign-in procedures and security protocols.

Technology

Use Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
Maintain calendars and contact lists.
Operate office equipment such as copiers, scanners, and postage machines.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required.
1-3 years of receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
