Medical Assistant - Occasional Part-time to work at any of our 4 clinics located in Heppner, Ione, Irrigon, Boardman

About the Job
CLINIC MEDICAL ASSISTANT

Morrow County Health District has an opening for a Occasional Part-time float Medical Assistant who will work at any of our 4 clinics.

Pay rate: $26.08/ hour, standard four-month probationary period.

Job Duties:

Provide patient care and perform a variety of procedures and assessment duties including vital signs, EKG, Oximetry testing.
Performs phlebotomy and administers injections.
Records and updates information in patient's electronic medical record.
Ensures supplies are adequately stocked and outdates are pulled from supply areas.
Assists provider as necessary and completes authorizations/referrals as requested.

Job Details:

Highschool graduate or equivalent required.
Must be able to obtain a BLS certification.
Bilingual preferred.
MA Certification and phlebotomy experience preferred.
Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.

Benefits:
