We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-driven, and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Full-Time Sales Representative. In this position, your responsibilities will include selling products to clients via phone, email, and video conferencing, as well as addressing queries and providing exceptional customer service.

We pride ourselves on our top-notch customer service and are looking for someone with the skills to deliver an amazing experience. Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Requirements

1-2 Years Prior Sales Experience is a plus
A Property & Casualty insurance license is required oe willingnes to obtain within 30 days of employment.
A Life, Health and Accident Insurance license is required prefered
Complete all assigned training.
Establish and develop customer relationships through effective interpersonal communication skills.
Follow agency standards for quote quality preparation, sales presentations and customer service.
Comply with all company rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

Develop prospects for insurance product quotes.
Contact leads through outbound telephone calls, inbound telephone calls, office visits and other customer interactions.
Generate accurate quote information that encourages bundling.
Maintain expected daily quote volume.
Identify assets and assess risks for potential customers.
Educate customers and prospects on available options for their insurance needs.
Design and customize appropriate insurance proposals tailored to the customer's needs.
Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
Track and record all assigned tasks in an applicant tracking system.
Participate in marketing and lead generation activities such as events, community outreach, purchased leads and other lead generation activities.
