Company Description:

REGIONAL ARTHRITIS AND RHEUMATOLOGY ASSOCIATES LLC is a specialized medical practice serving patients with arthritis and rheumatologic conditions. Based in Hermitage, Pennsylvania, the practice focuses on delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals managing complex musculoskeletal and autoimmune diseases. We're a busy, multi-specialty medical practice committed to providing excellent patient care. We are seeking a dependable, organized, and motivated Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our main office.

Role Description

The Office Manager will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the practice. This role will oversee office staff, scheduling, patient service, workflow management, and communication between providers and employees. Additional Responsibilities include managing medical records and documentation processes, monitoring billing and insurance workflows, and enforcing office policies and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Experience in a Medical Office setting, including familiarity with medical records, appointment scheduling systems, and office workflows
Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with patients, staff, and clinicians
Proven Customer Service abilities, with a focus on empathy, professionalism, and resolving patient concerns promptly
Organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency with office software and electronic health record (EHR) systems

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
