Full Job Description

Job Summary

Are you an experienced bookkeeper who takes pride in accuracy, organization, and keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in a full-time, in-office position. Full benefits such as health insurance, paid vacation, and paid sick time are included.

You’ll manage daily bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable and accurate financial transactions. Our ideal candidate has several years of hands-on bookkeeping experience, strong attention to detail, and a dependable, organized approach.

AppFolio experience is a plus, but a strong bookkeeping background and commitment to accuracy are what matter most.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

· Accounts Payable: Enter vendor bills and prepare payments.

· Payroll/ HR Policy Knowledge: (TriNet )

· Process payroll from TriNet payroll reports; allocate to different properties.

· Bank Reconciliations: (3) bank accounts.

· Enter basic journal entries.

· Tax Returns: Prepare 1099s at year end.

· Other responsibilities as needed.

· Filing system of all accounting records.

Qualifications:

· Bookkeeping experience (3yrs.+)

· Payroll experience (3yrs.+)

· Bank reconciliations (3 yrs.+)
