Job Description:
Join our team as a Quality Claims Analyst and help us deliver exceptional quality across our distribution network. This hands-on role puts you at the heart of our operations, ensuring every product meets the standards our customers expect.
What will you do?

Drive quality culture across distribution sites through hands-on process control and quality assurance

Identify logistics and manufacturing issues and coordinate with stakeholders to implement corrective actions
-
Improve process robustness to minimize quality risks and protect customer satisfaction
-
Oversee quality standards for rework and adaptation lines using disciplined change management practices
-
Respond to inquirires from Customer Service, build claims packets, research documentation, conduct investigations into OS&D claims.

Respond to customer complaints using BFO Salesforce
-
Create non-conformances related to customer complaints

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 45,760 to 68,640 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
