Full Job Description

Small but busy office has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant.

Job Responsibilities include:

Drafting documents and correspondence
Supporting attorneys by managing multiple tasks and deadlines
Managing details with a commitment to accuracy
Communicating effectively with clients and other parties

Qualifications:

Customer service oriented
Excellent organizational skills
Able to handle significant responsibility
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Exceptional attention to detail
High level of professionalism
Proficient in word processing and spreadsheets
Must exhibit and maintain a high level of confidentiality
Some prior office experience or training required
