Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our shop. You will load, run, and monitor both CNC Lathes and Mills to produce high-precision machined components according to engineering blueprints and strict tolerances.

Key Responsibilities

Load raw materials, run production jobs, and unload finished parts on CNC lathes and mills.
Perform tool changes, swap inserts, and clear chips as needed during operation.
Perform first-piece and in-process quality checks using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
Complete daily machine operator checklists and maintain shop documentation.
Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with shop safety rules.

Qualifications

Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience operating CNC lathes and mills.
Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, and precision measuring tools.
Reliability: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to workplace safety.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
