CNC Router Operator – Cabinetry / Millwork / Woodworking (Bilingual Preferred)

Miami, FL
$28–$32 per hour (DOE)
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

NOW HIRING – CNC ROUTER OPERATOR

We are hiring an experienced CNC Router Operator to support a fast-paced custom cabinetry and millwork manufacturing operation in Miami.

This is a hands-on shop role working with CNC routers, cabinet components, shop drawings, and production-ready files in a woodworking manufacturing environment.

Candidates with experience operating Biesse, Homag, Weeke, SCM, Holz-Her, or similar CNC woodworking machines are encouraged to apply.

Experience in cabinetry, millwork, closet systems, custom furniture, wood product manufacturing, or CNC woodworking production is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Operate CNC routers for cabinetry and millwork production

Load materials and run CNC machining programs

Read shop drawings, cut lists, and production files

Cut, drill, groove, and machine cabinet components accurately

Monitor machine output and maintain production quality

Perform machine setup adjustments and troubleshoot production issues

Assist with cabinet production, assembly, and finishing when needed

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment

Requirements

2+ years of CNC machine operating experience

Experience in cabinetry, millwork, woodworking, or related manufacturing

Ability to read shop drawings and production files

Experience operating CNC routers in a production/shop environment

Experience with Biesse, Homag, Weeke, SCM, or similar machines preferred

Mozaik, Cabinet Vision, or AutoCAD experience is a plus

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Compensation & Benefits

$28–$32/hour depending on experience

Stable full-time schedule

Monday–Friday | No weekends
