Full Job Description

Finance Manager (F&I)

Compensation

$240,000–$360,000+ per year (Performance-Based)

Top Performers Only

Automotive F&I experience is required.

Applicants without a documented history of producing $2,500+ PVR will not be considered.

We're looking for a proven Finance Manager with a demonstrated history of:

$2,500+ PVR (Target: $3,000+)
46%+ Vehicle Service Contract (VSC) penetration
Strong Maintenance and Appearance Protection product penetration
Excellent compliance, funding, and CIT performance
Rehashing deals to maximize approvals, terms, rates, and dealership profitability

Candidates should be prepared to provide recent performance metrics during the interview process, including:

PVR
Product penetrations
Funding/CIT performance
Production reports or performance scorecards
