Regional Property Manager Responsibilities:

The Regional Manager’s duties are organized into four primary areas:

1.) Lead a portfolio of communities to ensure operational excellence, exceptional resident experiences and strong community brands.

2.) Maximize the financial performance of each community through strategic planning, execution and accountability.

3.) Build, coach and develop high performing teams that create welcoming communities and deliver exceptional resident service.

4.) Build trusted partnerships with property owners by serving as Burkely’s leading representative and strategic advisor for an assigned portfolio.

Qualifications (Please do not apply unless you meet these qualifications):

· Three (3) or more years of portfolio management experience. Experience in the Raleigh-Durham market a plus.

· Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, Property Management, or equivalent education and experience.

· Demonstrated success leading teams and achieving operational and financial performance goals.

· Experience with budgeting, financial analysis, revenue management, and asset performance.

· Strong knowledge of leasing, marketing, resident retention, and customer service best practices.

· Professional industry designations such as CAPS, CAM, ARM®, CPM®, or similar are preferred but not required.

Work Environment

This position is performed in both office and residential community settings. The Regional Property Manager regularly travels between communities and may be exposed to varying weather conditions while conducting property inspections. The role may require occasional evening or weekend work to support operational needs, emergencies, or company events.
