Full Job Description

As a Project Coordinator - Customer Accounts at Go-Forth you sit as the first line of escalation and a guardian of data integrity. You assist in the building of efficient workflows and are an auditor who ensures that our billing and customer accounts run without friction.

This role is for the analytical problem-solver who enjoys untangling discrepancies and finds opportunities in ambiguity. You understand that behind every CRM entry is a customer relationship that relies on our accuracy, and you take pride in helping teammates meet and exceed customer expectations through process improvements, auditing, and cross-functional collaboration.

What You'll Own

Quality Assurance & Auditing

Conduct audits of account setups to correct errors
Identify recurring data entry errors and partner with leadership to problem-solve and work towards root-cause solutions
Assist in KPI reporting as needed
Monitor customer accounts, researching account discrepancies, analyzing outstanding balances, and supporting the overall operations of customer account reviews
Generate and analyze reporting to support operational decision‑making

Account Configuration & Escalation

Troubleshoot and resolve system errors or billing discrepancies
Own the configuration of customer accounts
Identify trends in errors and work with leadership to fix the root cause
Demonstrate ownership in driving resolution for our customers in a timely fashion
Research and resolve account discrepancies, payment variances, deductions, and short payments
Reconcile customer accounts and investigate outstanding balances
Assist with customer account adjustments, refunds, and other account maintenance activities

Team Support & Mentorship

Assist with the training and onboarding of team members
Provide day-to-day workflow guidance to ensure the frontline team meets operational standards
Assist in keeping account setup and report SOP’s up to date
Communicate professionally with customers and internal stakeholders regarding account activity and issue resolution

Process Optimization

Demonstrate problem solving and critical thinking skills
Identify areas of bottlenecks, suggest process improvements ideas, and assist with implementation of improvements
Improve departmental processes by reviewing best practices and looking for ways to improve the overall structure through efficiency enhancements and other methods

What We're Looking For

Required

1-2 years of experience in operations, account coordination, customer service, or project coordination
Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to untangle systemic data errors
Attention to detail with a focus on process improvement, accuracy and efficiency.
Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Google workspace and/or other business applications including Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets

Preferred

Experience working cross-functionally to resolve operational bottlenecks
Prior experience in peer mentorship or training environments
Experience with AI tools
Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Demonstrated mastery of complex CRM architectures and multi-layered billing systems
