Full Job Description

Collision Center Estimator

Capital Dent Masters LLC is looking for an experienced Collision Center Estimator to join our team in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate has experience writing collision repair estimates, working with insurance companies, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and explain the repair process.
Inspect vehicles and prepare accurate repair estimates using CCC ONE.
Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding estimates and approvals.
Order parts and verify deliveries for scheduled repairs.
Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
Review repair estimates with customers and obtain repair authorizations.
Maintain accurate documentation and repair records.
Work closely with technicians, parts vendors, and office staff to ensure repairs move efficiently.
Deliver professional, friendly customer service throughout every interaction.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a collision repair estimator required.
Experience with CCC ONE estimating software.
Knowledge of collision repair procedures and insurance claims.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple repair files while maintaining attention to detail.
Valid driver's license preferred.
Bilingual: English - Spanish
