THE OPPORTUNITY

NC3 is evolving. We’ve spent years building operational excellence — refined processes, a proprietary platform, and deep expertise across our four service lines. Now we’re building the relationship layer on top of it.

This role is for someone at the beginning of a client-facing leadership career who wants to grow into it with intention. You’ll start by getting fluent in NC3’s services and client portfolio, take on a defined set of client relationships, and over time become the primary point of contact and growth driver for those accounts. You’ll be developed directly by senior leadership and given the room to build something.

We’re not looking for someone who has already mastered this role. We’re looking for someone who has the instincts, curiosity, and presence to grow into it — and who sees a multi-service, operationally rich environment as an exciting place to do that.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Client Relationship Management

Manage a defined portfolio of client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and advocate within NC3
Build and maintain strong working relationships at the coordinator, manager, and director levels within client organizations
Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to stay ahead of client needs and proactively identify opportunities
Develop a genuine understanding of each client’s business — their goals, pressures, and decision-making dynamics

Business Development Within Existing Accounts

Identify opportunities to introduce clients to NC3 services they aren’t currently using
Facilitate natural conversations about adjacent services — connecting a client’s challenge to an NC3 solution without a hard sell
Collaborate with internal teams to scope and propose expanded engagements
Track and report on expansion activity and client growth within your portfolio

Internal Coordination & Collaboration

Work closely with NC3’s pod-based delivery teams to ensure clients receive consistent, high-quality service
Serve as the client’s voice internally — translating client feedback into actionable direction for the delivery team
Participate in internal planning and capacity discussions to align client expectations with operational realities

Learning & Development

Build deep knowledge of NC3’s four service lines — how they work, how they’re priced, and where they create value for clients
Participate in client meetings alongside senior leadership, progressively taking on more ownership of the conversation
Develop familiarity with NC3’s Lasso platform and how it supports client reporting and coordination

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Comfort in a room with senior people — not intimidated by a director or VP, and capable of holding a substantive conversation
A relationship orientation — you think about the person, not just the transaction
Clear, confident communicator — in writing and in conversation
High ownership mentality — you follow through, you don’t wait to be told, and you’re bothered when something falls through the cracks
Genuine interest in growing into a senior client-facing role over time

Experience and background:

2–5 years of experience in a client-facing, account management, consulting, or professional services role
Exposure to B2B environments — you understand how business clients think and buy
Experience working across multiple stakeholders or service lines is a plus
Background in staffing, RPO, events, fulfillment, or related services is helpful but not required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
