This role requires a seasoned professional who is proactive, highly organized, articulate, and capable of operating independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Qualifications
- Significant litigation paralegal experience required
- Utah Paralegal License preferred
- Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and legal documentation
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-starter capable of managing priorities with minimal supervision
- Professional presence and ability to communicate effectively
- Experience managing multiple complex matters simultaneously
- Paralegal certification is preferred but not required with substantial experience
