Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and have the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced office environment. This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations at the front desk, providing administrative support, and enhancing the overall experience for our patients.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome patients in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage incoming phone calls, scheduling appointments and directing them to appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
Assist with office management duties as needed.
Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.

Skills

Proven experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
Strong office management skills with attention to detail.
Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in data entry with strong computer skills.
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Familiarity with filing systems and office procedures.
Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
Strong personal assistant skills to support team members as needed.
Medical/Dermatology knowledge is preferred but not required.

Join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist where your contributions will make a significant impact on our patient interactions and overall office efficiency.

Must be able to work Monday-Thursday 8am-4:30pm, Friday 8am-12pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.17 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
