Join the Lifetime Eyecare Team!

Lifetime Eyecare is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Front Desk / Patient Care Coordinator to join our team!

Our front desk is the first and last impression our patients have of our office, so we’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, can stay positive in a busy environment, and isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed.

We are a growing optometry practice that values excellent patient care, teamwork, communication, and creating an office environment where both our patients and our team enjoy being.

What You'll Do

Welcome patients and help create a friendly, positive experience from the moment they walk through the door
Answer and manage incoming phone calls, texts, and patient questions
Schedule and confirm appointments
Check patients in and out
Collect and verify patient information
Verify medical and vision insurance benefits
Collect copays, balances, and other patient payments
Communicate with patients regarding appointments, referrals, prescriptions, and general questions
Maintain accurate patient records
Work closely with our doctors, technicians, optical team, and management
Help keep the front desk organized and running smoothly
Assist with other office responsibilities as needed

Schedule
