Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team at a premier hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest services. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations, using hotel management software.
Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experience.
Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.

Requirements

Previous experience in customer or guest services is preferred.
Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on guest relations.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
