Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Admissions Representative to join our dynamic team at the Academy. This role is crucial in supporting the Admissions Office in its mission to attract and enroll students who are committed to academic excellence and personal growth. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
The Admissions Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring that the admissions process runs smoothly, from inquiry to application. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and wants to contribute to the success of our students.
This will be a shared role.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment and admissions process, including coordinating recruitment events and communicating with prospective students.
-Prospective Student Campus Tours/Meetings
-High School Recruiting Events
- Provide academic advising to students, helping them to navigate their academic programs and make informed decisions about their educational goals.
- Utilize our software to manage student records, track applications, and ensure compliance with admissions policies and procedures.
- Support the Admissions Office with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that students have access to the resources they need to succeed.
- Work closely with the Admissions team to develop and implement recruitment strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Assist with the organization of events, such as open houses, senior signing day and more!
Qualifications:
- Experience working with students, preferably in an education administration or academic advising capacity.
- Strong public speaking and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong skills in organization and computers
- Teamwork
- Experience with recruiting and admissions processes (preferred)
- A commitment to academic advising and student success.
- A passion for education and a desire to contribute to the success of our students.
