About the Role
This is not a traditional facilitator role.
As a Wellness Guide, you are responsible for leading Explorers through a fully immersive Nervous System Reset experience from beginning to end.
You are not simply “running a class.”
You are:
- guiding emotional states
- creating safety
- facilitating transitions
- holding group energy
- coaching and supporting people in real time
- helping Explorers move from stress into regulation
- ensuring every Explorer feels seen, welcomed, physically supported, and intentionally cared for
The ideal Wellness Guide is not simply facilitating “through the motions.”
They are actively reading the room, coaching in real time, offering modifications when needed, and creating a deeply personal and connected experience for every Explorer.
Explorers should never feel like they are watching a prerecorded class or generic wellness sequence. We are seeking facilitators who are hands-on, emotionally attuned, observant, grounded, and actively engaged in the experience they are leading.

What You’ll Do:
Facilitate Immersive Wellness Experiences
- Lead Explorers through our signature Nervous System Reset experiences
- Guide groups through breathwork, mindfulness, movement, sauna, cold plunge, and integration experiences
- Create emotional continuity and intentional pacing throughout the journey
- Ensure Explorers feel personally guided, emotionally safe, physically supported, and intentionally cared for at every stage of the experience
Deliver Hands-On Facilitation & Personalized Guidance
- Offer posture corrections, modifications, and movement support throughout the experience
- Actively coach Explorers in real time rather than simply demonstrating movements
- Adapt facilitation style based on the energy, comfort level, and needs of the room
- Ensure first-time Explorers feel welcomed, informed, and confident throughout the experience
- Create a balance between structure, education, emotional presence, and human connection
- Maintain strong awareness of group dynamics and individual Explorer needs throughout the session
Hold Exceptional Group Energy
- Read and respond to room dynamics in real time
- Comfortably hold space for both high-energy and deeply restorative moments
- Know when to guide, when to educate, and when silence is more powerful
- Create an atmosphere that feels calm, elevated, grounded, welcoming, and immersive
Deliver World-Class Hospitality
- Welcome Explorers with warmth, professionalism, and emotional presence
- Anticipate Explorer needs before they are voiced
- Support smooth transitions between rooms, experiences, and practitioners
- Collaborate closely with Concierge, Practitioners, and Operations teams to create seamless experiences
- Ensure no Explorer feels lost, confused, rushed, or disconnected during their journey
Prioritize Safety & Nervous System Care
- Facilitate sauna and cold plunge experiences safely and responsibly
- Support Explorers with clarity, reassurance, and confidence-building throughout the experience
- Maintain awareness of Explorer emotional and physical well-being throughout the session
- Uphold all safety, sanitation, and operational standards
Support Community & Retention
- Build genuine relationships with Explorers and members
- Remember names, stories, and returning visitors
- Help create an environment people genuinely want to return to
- Support membership conversion and long-term retention through exceptional experience delivery

You understand that: presence matters more than performance.
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in wellness facilitation, yoga, Pilates, fitness instruction, hospitality, retreat leadership, coaching, or immersive experience environments
- Certification in yoga, Pilates, personal training, mobility, breathwork, somatic facilitation, or related movement disciplines strongly preferred
- Ability and willingness to step into movement or fitness-based class coverage when needed
- Strong understanding of body mechanics, posture, modifications, and safe movement cueing preferred
- Experience leading groups in wellness-based settings preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong emotional intelligence and situational awareness
- Understanding of contrast therapy, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, or breathwork preferred
- Ability to remain calm, grounded, and professional in fast-paced environments
- Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
