Winnfield Physical Therapy is a PT Clinic located in Winnfield, LA. We have recently relocated into a larger space in a NEW STATE OF THE ART facility offering several amenities. We are a professional, engaging, customer-centric Physical Therapy practice, and our goal is to provide high quality, evidence based physical therapy to help improve function and decrease pain in the outpatient setting. Starting at $70,000
NEW GRADUATES are welcomed and will have the opportunity for MENTORSHIP from an experienced Physical Therapist.
PTO= Starting at 80 hours
6 paid Holidays(in addition to PTO)

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in the Outpatient Orthopedics setting. The ideal candidate will open to learning, being a vital part of a collaborative team, and have a positive attitude. Being in a smaller community, one must have strong interpersonal skills and possess the ability to build and maintain relationships. This job is a great opportunity for someone who would like to become part of the leading physical therapy team in all of Winn Parish and the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:- Understanding and helping to implement physical therapy plans of care- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary under PT guidance- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient careSkills:- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to work as part of a team- Familiarity with medical terminology- Experience with both acute and chronic injuries is preferred as we see a large Direct Access population.
