Job Title: Revenue Manager

Location: Remote (Oregon), with HQ in Lake Oswego

Employment Type: Full-Time – Exempt

Work Arrangement: Following an initial training period, this position transitions to 100% remote work, with visits to headquarters and our properties on a periodic schedule to be determined. Candidates must reside in Oregon.

Job Description: As a Revenue Manager, you will be essential in driving hotel profitability by developing and executing strategic pricing and inventory management plans. You’ll analyze market demand, forecast trends and identify growth opportunities. By optimizing room rates and distribution channels, you’ll ensure both guest value and maximum revenue potential.

Key Responsibilities:

· Create remarkable experiences for our colleagues and guests

· Pricing strategy development; analyze market trends, competitor rates and guest behavior to set to set optimal pricing strategies

· Create accurate forecast for revenue, occupancy and ADR to guide financial planning, including a weekly short-term forecast and a monthly rolling forecast

· Manage room inventory across various distribution channels to maximize occupancy and revenue

· Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (RevPAR, ADR, occupancy) to assess effectiveness of pricing strategies

· Optimize the use of online travel agencies (OTAs), direct booking platforms and other channels to ensure balanced distribution and maximize revues

· Work closely with sales, marketing and operations teams to align revenue management strategies with overall business goals

· Work daily with our Central Reservations Manager on day-to-day revenue strategies

· Conduct weekly revenue meetings with General Managers

· Generate and present regular reports on revenue performance and market trends

· Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions and economic factors that impact hotel revenue

· Ensure rate parity across all booking channels

· Provide recommendations on pricing, promotions and distribution strategies

Qualifications:

3-5 years’ experience in hotel revenue management
Seasonal resort/leisure travel experience required
Proficient in data analysis, forecasting and market research
Solid understanding of distribution channels and how they affect revenue strategies
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Highly analytical, with strong problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail
