General Manager

We're looking for someone who is:

An experienced restaurant manager (2+ years preferred) in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
A strong leader who motivates through respect, accountability, and example
A problem solver who remains calm under pressure
Highly organized with exceptional multitasking skills
A clear and confident communicator
Dependable with a strong work ethic and a willingness to jump in wherever needed
Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
Skilled at coaching, mentoring, and developing employees
Comfortable making difficult decisions while treating people with fairness and respect
An LGBTQ+ ally who is committed to creating an inclusive, welcoming workplace where everyone feels they belong

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Oversee all daily restaurant operations
Hire, onboard, train, coach, and when necessary, discipline or terminate employees
Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team
Create staff schedules while managing labor effectively
Foster a positive, respectful workplace culture rooted in teamwork and accountability
Ensure every guest receives warm, genuine hospitality
Build relationships with our loyal regulars and help create the neighborhood atmosphere we're known for
Maintain exceptional food and beverage quality standards
Manage inventory, ordering, vendor relationships, and product quality
Monitor food cost, labor, and overall operational performance
Maintain health, safety, sanitation, and licensing standards
Troubleshoot operational challenges and continuously improve systems
Work closely with ownership to achieve business goals
Be fully cross-trained and willing to work both Front of House and Back of House shifts whenever needed
Lead by example—no task is beneath you
