Field Project Manager

Emcar Marble & Granite

2400 Spring St., Hot Springs, AR

Full-Time | 40–45 Hours per Week

Position Overview

Emcar Marble & Granite is currently seeking an experienced Field Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial countertop installation projects. The ideal candidate is a dependable leader who can manage crews, communicate effectively with customers and office staff, solve problems on the job site, and ensure every project is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple projects from scheduling through completion.

Lead and supervise installation crews.

Coordinate material deliveries, job schedules, and subcontractors.

Visit job sites to monitor progress and ensure quality workmanship.

Resolve customer questions and complaints professionally while on-site.

Communicate effectively with customers, contractors, and office personnel.

Ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet company standards.

Maintain accurate project documentation and daily reports.

Qualifications

5–10 years of construction or carpentry experience required.

Previous project management or field supervisory experience preferred.

Ability to accurately read measurements and construction plans.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Experience in the granite, marble, quartz, or countertop industry is a plus.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.

Ability to safely load and unload trucks.

Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and on active job sites.

Pay & Benefits

Weekly pay

Compensation is based on experience and will be discussed during the interview.

Full-time position (40–45 hours per week)
