BILINGUAL SKILLED TRADES RECRUITER

Estimated Total Annual Earnings: $90,000–$170,000
Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
Houston | Dallas | Austin | San Antonio

Fuse Staffing is expanding across Texas, and we are looking for experienced bilingual recruiters who want to build a financially rewarding career in skilled trades staffing.

We specialize in connecting skilled trades professionals with leading commercial and industrial contractors. Demand is strong, our company is growing, and the earning opportunity for a motivated, successful recruiter is significant.

This is a performance-driven position offering a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission and performance incentives. Experienced, successful recruiters may achieve total annual earnings of $90,000–$170,000, depending on recruiting production and successful placements.

The advertised range represents estimated total annual compensation—not a guaranteed base salary. The base salary, commission structure, performance expectations, and realistic earnings potential will be explained clearly during the introductory call.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Recruit, screen, interview, and qualify candidates for skilled trades, construction, commercial electrical, manufacturing, and industrial positions
Build strong pipelines of electricians and other in-demand skilled trades professionals
Manage high-volume recruiting activity while maintaining candidate quality
Conduct phone interviews and assessments to determine candidates’ skills, experience, availability, and job fit
Build lasting relationships with candidates and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process
Coordinate interviews, orientations, onboarding, and job placements
Partner closely with Account Managers and clients to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the ATS
Use job boards, social media, referrals, texting campaigns, community outreach, and creative sourcing strategies to find talent
Consistently meet recruiting, placement, and performance goals

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Bilingual English/Spanish required
Five or more years of recruiting experience preferred
Experience recruiting in skilled trades, commercial construction, electrical, industrial, manufacturing, or light industrial markets strongly preferred
Experience working in a high-volume staffing environment
Strong phone presence and the ability to build rapport quickly
Competitive, self-motivated, persistent, and driven by results
Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruiting needs in a fast-paced environment
Experience using an ATS or staffing software
