Senior Project Manager – Commercial Restoration

Location: Houston, TX

Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000 Base Salary + Full Benefits + Performance Incentives

About the Opportunity

A growing commercial restoration contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join its Houston team.

This is a hands-on opportunity for a restoration professional who enjoys being in the field, working alongside production crews, creating scopes of work, performing moisture mapping, and managing projects from initial loss through completion. The company specializes in 100% commercial restoration and maintains a high-volume pipeline of work, with average project sizes around $10,000, offering excellent opportunities for career growth. Commercial restoration project managers who can own projects from inspection through closeout remain in high demand across the Houston market.

What You'll Own

Manage commercial mitigation and reconstruction projects from first notice of loss through final completion
Perform site inspections, moisture mapping, and develop accurate scopes of work
Work directly alongside field crews to ensure quality production and efficient project execution
Coordinate subcontractors, equipment, vendors, and project schedules
Monitor project budgets, timelines, job costs, and profitability
Communicate with property managers, adjusters, owners, and commercial clients throughout each project
Identify reconstruction opportunities stemming from mitigation work
Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining project quality and safety standards

Ideal Background

2+ years of commercial restoration project management experience
Strong background in water mitigation and reconstruction projects
Experience performing moisture mapping and damage assessments
Ability to create detailed scopes of work and manage projects from start to finish
Comfortable working alongside production crews in the field
Xactimate experience preferred
IICRC certifications are a plus
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
