Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to meet McDonalds standards
Achieving targets during their shifts and help departments meet their goals
Training new team members on critical job functions
Achieving Department operation and profit targets
Communicating effectively with crew and other managers to achieve the best possible customer service
