Full Job Description

Job Overview
We are seeking a focused and detail-oriented candidate with QB experience, specifically in working with nonprofits. This position is categorized as an independent contractor, maintaining our QB records, doing reconciliations, and running monthly reports (approximately 10-15 hours/month). This role is essential in supporting the overall financial health of the organization and requires a strong understanding of bookkeeping practices and accounting software.

Duties

Managing financial transactions and records
Ensuring accuracy in financial reporting
Supporting audits and compliance efforts

Qualifications

Proficient in QuickBooks and other accounting software
Experience in double entry bookkeeping and journal entries
Ability to perform balance sheet and general ledger reconciliation
Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with financial report writing

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
