Department: Clean, Sort, Deburr
Perform operations to semi-finished and or finished parts in order to prepare them for the next operation or for shipping.

Pick out parts

Sort, deburr, degate parts using various cleaning tools

Visual inspection for parts out of standard, spec

Clean/degrease parts with detergents, tumbling.

Count using scale or by hand to verify quantity and document

Enter completion of order into computer spreadsheet

Other duties as assigned

High school diploma or Equivalent

Use of counting scales

Reading work orders and understand operations to do on parts

Use of cleaning tools and materials; degreasers, tweezers, knife

Able to sit for prolonged periods of time.
Repetitive motion in cleaning and deburring of parts.
Light work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up-to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. If the use of arms and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for the ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, and hear. Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and use fingers. Ability to pull, push and lift objects. Ability to grasp and feel.
