Corporate Team Agent

Newhomeprograms.com is 20 year old private-owned real estate brokerage corporation licensed to conduct business in Texas and Florida. Our primary business model is residential real estate sales and leasing.
Through our various marketing efforts, Newhomeprograms.com generates buyer and seller lead prospects. The Newhomeprograms.com Corporate Team_ Agent_ are responsible for meeting qualified Buyer & Seller prospects, securing buyer purchase contracts and seller listing agreements with the goal of completing real estate transactions. Corporate Team_ Agents_ will spend most of their time out of the office selling and procuring real estate contracts.
- Main Responsibilities for this position include:
- secure buyer’s representative agreements & seller listing agreements
- work directly with ISA’s and Transaction Coordinator
- cross promote affiliated business arrangements
- document all daily activity via BoomTown!
- conduct initial face-to-face consultation and send follow-up email
- set up a search portal for each prospect via BoomTown!
- understand and document all clients wants, needs and DBM
- responsible for timely and consistent follow-up with all clients
- serve as the key relationship manager for all buyers & sellers
- develop expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools and all home ownership issues
- provide high level fiduciary advice to all clients
- consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact through contract to close to include buyer walk throughs, inspections and closings
- effectively negotiate for all buyers & sellers
- work directly with management on any issues that require resolution
- attend open houses for team listings and builder inventory homes
- secure seller and buyer referrals
- attend and assist at home buyer seminars
- schedule site visits with local home builders to increase product knowledge and offer solutions for builder clientele

Maintain a minimum monthly gross sales volume (GSV) of $500,000. Conduct 3 buyer or seller appointments per week. Conduct 2 home builder site visits per week.
Based on the closing goals we project; this position can earn $72,000 to $110,000 per year. (Additional income earning opportunities via our Mortgage and Insurance companies.)
We will begin with a 90-day initial evaluation term . At the end of the 90 days, we will mutually evaluate each other and decide if you will continue to work as a Corporate Team Agent.
This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
