Successfully complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
- Collaborate closely with sales agents to coordinate property showings for clients
- Deliver comprehensive, written feedback to assist in refining clients’ home search preferences
- Assist in preparing and negotiating purchase offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients
- Dedicate at least 10 hours per week to lead generation efforts
- Engage in weekly script practice sessions in accordance with team guidelines
- Actively participate in team meetings and events as required
- Attend weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
- Maintain accurate records of all activities and tasks using PLACE Technology systems
