About the Role
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team at Humboldt Machine. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines to manufacture precision components according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail and a strong understanding of machining processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain CNC machines.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished parts.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and work orders.
- Perform quality control checks using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
- Conduct basic machine maintenance.
- Deburr machined parts as needed.
Shift Availability
- Weekend night shift - A| week Thursday: Sunday B| week Friday: Sunday- 6:00pm: 4:30 am – 2 openings
Schedule
The shift schedule alternates between 4x10 (four 10-hour days) and 3x10 (three 10-hour days). Employees who work a full 70 hours per pay period and demonstrate punctuality and responsible time management will be paid for 80 hours per pay period.

*This is a safety-sensitive position in a machine shop. Due to the nature of the work, applicants must be able to meet all company drug-testing requirements and drug-free workplace policy.
