Your Responsibilities

As a Global Privacy & Records Process Analyst for Deere & Company World Headquarters located in Moline, IL, Des Moines, IA or Chicago, IL, you will:

Conduct Privacy and AI impact/risk assessments and recommend controls to embed Privacy and AI by Design principles into business processes
Provide ongoing guidance to business owners based on Privacy and AI by Design principles
Support the tactical execution of Privacy & AI by Design process
Collaborate with privacy, legal, IT, and other business colleagues to support compliance with applicable privacy laws and requirements

What Skills You Need

Knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations
Prior experience supporting business owners on privacy related topics
Ability to manage risk in ambiguous and complex situations
Proﬁciency in project management

What Makes You Stand Out

Professional certiﬁcation in privacy (e.g. CIPP, CIPM, CIPT)
Experience with comprehensive privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, or equivalent)
OneTrust or similar expertise
Familiarity with information governance standards, such as the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Privacy or Cybersecurity Frameworks

Education

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
