Nurse Practitioner (Part-Time → Full-Time Growth Opportunity)

Treasure Valley Aesthetics & Wellness
Boise & Caldwell, Idaho

Are you passionate about helping patients optimize their health—not just treat disease? Do you want to practice medicine in a supportive, collaborative environment where you have the time to truly care for your patients?

Treasure Valley Aesthetics & Wellness is seeking a compassionate, motivated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our growing team. We have thriving clinics in Boise and Caldwell and are looking for someone who is excited to build a long-term career with us as we continue to expand throughout the Treasure Valley.

This position begins part-time (2 days per week) with a clear pathway to a full-time provider role as patient demand continues to grow. The position may include caring for patients in both our Boise and Caldwell clinics, offering variety and the opportunity to serve patients across the Treasure Valley.

Whether you're an experienced Nurse Practitioner or a newer graduate eager to learn, we're willing to train the right person. We're looking for someone who shares our passion for wellness, preventative medicine, hormone optimization, and exceptional patient care.

Position Details

Part-Time (2 days per week)
Opportunity to grow into a full-time position
Potential to work in both our Boise and Caldwell locations
No evenings
No weekends
Flexible weekday schedule
$65–$75 per hour, depending on experience
Quarterly performance-based bonus opportunities

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Develop individualized treatment plans
Manage hormone replacement therapy for men and women
Provide medical weight loss consultations and follow-up care
Review and interpret laboratory results
Educate patients on lifestyle, nutrition, and preventative health
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Collaborate with our team to provide exceptional patient care

Qualifications

Current Nurse Practitioner license (or eligible for Idaho licensure)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for patient-centered, relationship-based care
Self-motivated with a desire to continue learning and growing
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

Experience or a strong interest in:

Functional Medicine
Hormone Optimization (BHRT/TRT)
Hormone Pellet Therapy
Medical Weight Loss (GLP-1 therapies)
Thyroid Optimization
Longevity & Preventative Medicine
Direct Primary Care
