What you'll be measured on (top performers hit these):

Communication coverage and dispatch: 100% of inbound calls, texts, and emails on all main company lines answered or returned the same business day; loss details gathered accurately and routed for scheduling; techs dispatched and schedules confirmed; work authorization signed and on file before work begins; 90% or more of escalations resolved without owner involvement
Complete, defensible files: 95% or more of closed files pass audit with zero missing docs (photos, moisture logs, notes, work authorization); all customer interactions logged; 100% on schedule on recurring compliance controls (e.g. keeping Idaho contractor registration current)
Billing speed and cash collection: Invoices and bills sent within 24 hours of job completion, written so the customer or adjuster can read and approve them in under 30 minutes with zero questions back; invoices collected in full within 30 days; AP paid on time with zero late fees
Books and payroll accuracy: Bank accounts reconciled weekly, AP/AR clean, month end close within 5 business days, zero material errors on CPA review; 100% of payroll runs on time and error free every cycle
Weekly financial health reporting: A clear, accurate weekly report to ownership on cash position, AR/AP aging, and upcoming bills, delivered on the same day every week with zero material errors
Employee paperwork and onboarding: 100% of new hire packets (I-9, handbook acknowledgment, tax forms) complete within 3 days of start; personnel files clean for audit
Operational independence: Within 90 days, runs the full front office (comms, dispatch, files, billing, books, payroll, reporting) solo for a full week with zero gaps
