Full Job Description

Highlights/Benefits:

Pediatric Outpatient Clinic for a Non-Profit Hospital
Majority of your caseload is developmental delays, torticollis, spina bifida, etc.
Work with a multidisciplinary team of OT and SLPs
4-10's (3-day weekend!) or 5-8's schedule is available
1 hour per patient - always 1:1 with you as the therapist
Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF)
4% Retirement Match
Paid Time Off (PTO) = 4 weeks
Full Benefits (M/D/V)

About the Position:

This Physical Therapist will have a passion for Pediatrics and will have a strong desire to grow a pediatric program for an underserved community. Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader with a passion for patient-centered care. We are not looking for an individual who is just looking for their next "job" but someone who wants to invest in a career to help patients.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Looking for a qualified and experienced Pediatric Therapist
Excellent communication skills across all levels
Take pride in their work, and pursue excellence
Collaborative, team-focused personality
Servant leader mindset
