Full Job Description

Position Summary

We are seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our corporate office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional customer service.

As the receptionist for our corporate headquarters, you will welcome visitors, answer and direct incoming calls, assist applicants and vendors, and help ensure the office operates efficiently. Because our headquarters supports six additional office locations, strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

This is a full-time position with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule—no evenings or weekends. We offer an excellent benefits package, paid vacation beginning on your first day of employment, and a welcoming, team-oriented work environment.
Responsibilities

Greet visitors, clients, vendors, and applicants in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer and manage a multi-line telephone system, directing calls to the appropriate individuals or departments and accurately taking and delivering messages.
Provide visitors with information, directions, and notify employees when guests have arrived.
Maintain visitor sign-in/sign-out logs and monitor access to the building.
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries promptly and accurately.
Prepare and coordinate outgoing mail and packages for pickup.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Assist employment applicants by providing applications, clipboards, pens, and other necessary information.
Perform general clerical duties including filing, scanning, copying, and data entry.
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Represent the company with professionalism, courtesy, and a positive attitude at all times.
Responsible for ordering and maintaining office supplies.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Dependable, punctual, and committed to providing outstanding customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
