We’re currently looking for an Escrow Assistant / Processor for our Schererville, Indiana office.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, communication, problem-solving, and being the person the team can truly rely on.

Compensation:

$48,000 - $55,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

You’ll help support transactions from contract to closing by:

Scheduling closings and coordinating logistics for in-office and remote transactions
Assisting with files leading up to closing
Balancing and helping fund escrow files accurately
Receiving and processing earnest money deposits
Communicating with lenders, agents, buyers, and sellers throughout the transaction
Helping keep files moving smoothly and proactively solving problems along the way

Qualifications:

This position is far more than “administrative support.” The right person is:

The detail-oriented team member who catches what others miss
A strong communicator who keeps everyone aligned and informed
A trusted support partner to the closer and the entire office

What we’re looking for:

2+ years of customer service experience (title, mortgage, real estate, or legal industry preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and follow-through
Positive, team-oriented mindset
Notary commission preferred (or willingness to obtain)
SoftPro experience is a plus
