What do we do?
Our goal at American Pain Consortium is to support our clinics that help patients seeking relief from pain, numbness, and tingling sensations that are often related to neuropathic pain or neuropathy, among many other forms of chronic pain. Even patients who have tried other pain treatments without success often benefit significantly from safe, effective treatment at American Pain Consortium. Our clinical multidisciplinary approach to care delivers the correct intervention to every patient, every time through various pain management procedures including injections, open surgical cases with general anesthesia, physical therapy, and psychological services. Job Summary
Are you an experienced Surgical Technologist who takes pride in exceptional surgical technique, and helping develop the next generation of perioperative staff?
American Pain Consortium (APC) is seeking an experienced Lead Certified Surgical Technologist to support our growing ambulatory surgery center platform. This is an opportunity to work directly alongside nationally recognized interventional pain physicians performing advanced neuromodulation, intrathecal pump, minimally invasive spine, and orthopedic procedures.
We are looking for a surgical professional who can lead by example, mentor staff, assist in developing standardized surgical workflows, and serve as a key member of our procedural team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)
- Serve as Lead Surgical Technologist for advanced interventional pain /spine procedures.
- Scrub and assist in neuromodulation implant procedures including spinal cord stimulation systems and intrathecal drug delivery systems
- Train and mentor CSTs, nurses, and new procedural staff
- Assist with sterile processing and instrument management
- Maintain sterile field and ensure adherence to infection prevention standards
- Participate in procedure room workflow optimization and quality initiatives
- Assist with inventory management and surgical supply oversight
- Support multiple APC ASC locations as needed
Minimum Qualifications (What We Are Looking For)

Education and/or Experience Requirements
- Certification from National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) required.
- 5 years of OR experience assisting in surgery
