Join Our Team

We're looking for energetic, dependable team members to join our busy seasonal restaurant in Old Forge. If you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, take pride in serving quality food, and enjoy working in a team-first environment, we'd love to meet you.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the Adirondacks and wants to be part of a growing restaurant known for quality food and excellent service.

Responsibilities

Cook burgers, sandwiches, and other menu items to recipe standards
Prep food before service
Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
Work efficiently during busy dinner rushes
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
Communicate effectively with the kitchen team
Assist with opening and closing duties

Qualifications

Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Reliable transportation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Restaurant experience preferred, but we're willing to train the right person
Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Dependable, punctual, and a team player
