Dental Assistant/Treatment Coordinator

Santini Family Dentistry is a long-standing family dental practice looking to welcome a friendly, dependable, and motivated individual to our team!

-We are open to discussing either a part-time or full-time position (3-4 1/2 days/week)

-Our practice offers an incredibly positive work environment with a supportive and fun atmosphere! We are proud to have dedicated long-term employees, with many who have been with our practice for several years. We are honored to care for multiple generations of patients and families and we value the lasting relationships we've built over the years.

-We believe in a “family-first” approach for our team, offering flexible scheduling whenever possible and helping one another both professionally and personally. With a supportive doctor and an experienced staff, we foster a culture built on appreciation, respect, and teamwork. We work hard and stay busy, but enjoy it while also laughing and having fun together! Blending medicine and art to help our patients smile is a collective effort, and one that brings all of us great joy.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

* Operatory disinfection and turnover

* Sterilization and instrument processing

* Chairside assisting with the doctor

* Taking dental radiographs and performing dental scans

* Cross-training to assist with select front-office duties
