Operations Associate – Irvine, CA

P&P Imports LLC is a So-Cal based consumer products company that designs and distributes 1,200+ fun and innovative products in the Outdoor Game, Sporting Goods and Lifestyle segments. Our primary brands include: GoSports®, GoFloats®, GoPong®, Coast Modern™, DUALIE®, GoBig® partyware and more. Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused Operations associate to oversee daily backend operational flow within our Irvine, CA distribution center. This role is responsible for managing order intake and execution of outbound operations across multiple channels with emphasis on our dropship and business-to-consumer (B2C) business support as well as providing ad hoc operational support as needed

Order management & execution B2C

Process and manage daily dropship / B2C orders across assigned customer accounts and sales channels.
Monitor order queues, inventory availability, ship-by dates, and delivery deadlines to ensure orders are released and shipped on time.
Use Extensiv WMS to review, release, and print orders, shipping labels, and required documentation for warehouse execution.
Identify and resolve order exceptions including inventory shortages, holds, address issues, label errors, or other issues that could delay shipment.
Support inventory management by monitoring availability, allocations, and discrepancies that may impact dropship order fulfillment.

Routing & fulfillment coordination

Follow each dropship account’s routing formats, shipping methods, label requirements, service levels, and account-specific rules to ensure compliance.
Work closely with Operations and warehouse staff to prioritize orders based on ship-by dates and customer delivery deadlines.
Hand off printed orders and labels to warehouse staff for picking, packing, and shipment, and follow through until orders are confirmed shipped.
Monitor open and unshipped orders throughout the day and escalate delays or fulfillment issues before deadlines are missed.
Ensure carrier, service-level, and customer account requirements are followed across all dropship accounts to support on-time delivery and minimize non-compliance.

Invoicing & system execution

Maintain accurate order and shipment status in Extensiv WMS and ensure completed orders are properly reflected in the system.
Complete accurate and timely invoicing of shipped orders in QuickBooks daily.
Reconcile shipped orders against invoiced orders and address exceptions or discrepancies.
Maintain accurate inventory records and work with Operations and warehouse teams to resolve inventory discrepancies that may impact fulfillment.
Support reporting on order volume, on-time shipment performance, inventory availability, and account-specific exceptions as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong excel software fluency with advanced formulas.

-clear communicator & good problem solver.

- Amazon 1P experience, familiarity with retail compliance and routing guides, EDI & ASN
- Experience managing multi-channel order flow (B2B, B2C, D2C)

- Experience with ERP, WMS, and OMS systems
- Strong understanding of inventory allocation and fulfillment workflows

- preferred BA degree

Salary Range:

$71,000 - $80,000
