We are currently seeking passionate and energetic Tech & STEAM Instructors to join our growing team in Santa Ana.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging Technology and STEAM lessons to elementary and middle school students.
- Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Manage student behavior effectively while maintaining classroom engagement.
- Prepare and deliver lesson plans aligned with CAM Edu curriculum.
- Teach subjects such as coding, robotics, engineering, electronics, 3D design, and other STEAM activities.
- Supervise students during instructional and enrichment activities.
- Communicate professionally with school staff, parents, and CAM Edu management.
- Support additional enrichment or after-school activities as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1 year of classroom management experience (required).
- Experience working with children in a classroom, after-school, camp, tutoring, or educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience teaching or supporting:
- Coding (Scratch, Python, Java, C++, etc.)
- Robotics
- Engineering
- Electronics
- 3D Modeling (Tinkercad, Fusion 360, Blender, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Education, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience developing lesson plans is a plus.
Schedule
- Part-Time or Full-Time opportunities available.
