Lee County Care & Rehabilitation Center is a 109-bed skilled nursing facility located along the middle fork of the Kentucky River in the quaint town of Beattyville, Kentucky. The facility offers short-term rehabilitation services as well as long-term care; provides physical, occupational, and speech therapies; and provides ongoing restorative therapy to maintain our residents' highest level of mobility and independence. How you Will make a Difference:
- Provide daily personal care to residents

Change bed linens and maintain grooming supplies in residents' rooms
-
Ambulate and transfer residents, using appropriate assistive devices
-
Record vital signs and other information as assigned

Observe residents and report any changes in condition
What you Need to make a Difference:
- Current Medication Aide Certification and current Nursing Certification from state

Current/active CPR certification
