What You’ll Do
· Meet with prospective homeowners to understand their vision and goals
· Guide clients through the design and sales process from initial consultation through contract signing
· Build trust through exceptional customer service and communication
· Prepare proposals and presentations
· Learn to create professional 3D pool designs using Pool Studio
· Coordinate with our design and construction teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
· Represent Infinite Pools at networking events, trade shows, and community events as needed
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Strong communication and relationship-building skills
· Professional, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
· Honest, ethical, and customer-focused
· Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Willingness to learn Pool Studio 3D design software
· Reliable transportation
· Valid California driver’s license with a good driving record
· Current automobile insurance
Licensing Requirements
Infinite Pools is a licensed California Class B General Contractor , Class C-53 Swimming Pool Contractor and a C-27 Landscaping License.
The selected candidate must become registered with the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) as a Home Improvement Salesperson (HIS). This process includes Live Scan fingerprinting and background clearance.
Schedule
This position includes visits to clients’ homes, and vendor locations. Evening and weekend appointments are occasionally required to accommodate homeowners’ schedules. Participation in networking events and trade shows may also be expected.
